This guy is a genius. He's manifested many common misconceptions, and I've learned more in two minutes of his lecture than taking two weeks of human biology. In addition, I'm doing what he's telling me to do, and I've lost 15 pounds in two months (to some ppl, that's not much, but to me its a miracle). Thanx man!

No, whey protein will not help you. Simply eating more protein does not build muscles. Lifting weights builds muscle and we get more than enough protein in our diet to help repair and grow our muscles.

you know, I was skeptical when I first thought this, but it's true. I first started at 233lbs, and I'm now 220. I ate less, but I up my protein/fiber levels while I lifted. So, I would say it's possible and I never feel like I'm dieting. Good stuff.
