Mr Guitar was at his best when he was playing this hit of his from 1965! Chet didn't have a lot of "Major " hits, but when he did they were goodies!
This classic of Chet's will endure when most of the others have faded into oblivion.

The original version of this song is called Yakety Sax, and is played on saxophone by Boots Randolph.
This cover version of the song is called Yakety Axe because it's played on a guitar (a guitar can be called an "axe").
