Take a look at your weekly food consumption, and begin my making changes. Exchange soda for tea sweetened with a hint of honey, change carbs for protein. Eat less. Walk to the store instead of taking the bus/railway/car/whatever. Stop eating fatty foods, eat more green. Never _ever_ eat fast food. It's all about making incremental changes to your diet. You do _not_ need any weight loss programs or such, it is all just a matter of re-thinking your diet.
