stop benching every day! at most you should work the same muscle 3 times a week im no expert but its what i have been told when i started out

You shouldnt be benching everyday. You have to give your body sufficient time to rest. If your benching everyday, that means that your chest muscles should be sore everyday. If your muscles aren't sore, your not lifting enough weight. You should either increase weight and decrease reps, or increase reps and decrease weight. Work out hard enough that there would be no way to work the same muscle group the next day.
Remember, rest is when your muscles grow, now when your working out.

well dgaf im 12 and lift 185 so i suggest that you lift like 90 with 50 reps.. just eat less if you don't already. but i wouldnt suggest you being 10 and lifting weights, you could hurt yourself for the rest of your like by doing something to your tendions

Your are very young, take it easy! You need too increase the weight. You won't get stronger if you keep benching 130 pounds everyday. Increase every workout or week even if it's a very small increase! |
