I'm from Bloomington Indiana, where Star of Indiana is based. I attended the final performance of this piece by Mr Harloff, and shook his hand after the performance. he received many accolades that night; a Plaque, roses, etc., but was so humble, so down-right nice when we talked in the theater's lobby! I was quite inpressed by all the talented people involved in this wonderful concept. The Touring companys are down-sized somewhat, so the impact isn't the same. The musicianship still shines.
