SUmmer is a great dog.. keeping her food in her bowl. I feed a lot of chicken and my dog takes it straight of the bowl, lies on the floor and eats it with his paws holding it up... he then gets tired of that and take it outside. lol

maryrond my dog eats raw pork,beef,and lamb without a problem. Blood lust is nothing more than a stupid myth created by ignorant people. I would never feed my dog anything that has made him throw up in the past and I bave not had a problem with those meats.

thats large! My dog has so far only tried pork necks. I bought him some ribs the other day. For the others who commented, dogs evolved to eat such a diet and it's much healthier for them.

IS it safe to give dogs raw meat? I was told they get blood lust. I have a dog just like summer called Liberty - I cook all her meals - spoilt or what?!! She is my first dog so I am still learning...

We feed according to a raw prey model. Making it smaller encourages the dog to swallow over-enthusiastically. And yes it's safe to feed - US pork has been trichinosis-free for over a decade now, and concerned people can always freeze for a week to kill parasites. Dogs are carnivores - we're feeding them the way nature intended. Thanks for your comment.
